Megan started her career working in Organizational Management & Development in conjunction with Marketing Management while attending Graduate school in Arizona. Having a passion for technology, in 1995 Megan began selling Web pages to corporations that were still trying to decide if people would ever really use the Internet. Some still believing it was a fad. Ah, times have changed!
After making the connection with a prominent home builder in Scottsdale, Megan began her career in real estate in 1998. Successfully positioning herself as an expert in new home and existing home sales, selling $20 million in real estate annually. In 2008, Megan moved to Chicago, and decided to pursue a corporate sales career path, relocating several times during her careers with Sanofi-Aventis, Cartegraph Inc. and Accuity (Reed Elsevier) selling a variety of solutions including pharmaceuticals, enterprise management software, data collection and compliance solutions to government, financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies.
Megan moved back ‘home’ (Dubuque) in 2010. In 2015, after feeling her extensive travel schedule was making her miss so much of her children’s lives, decided to return to her former passion, real estate. Megan is now able to leverage both her 14 years of real estate and 8 years of corporate experience with her new position as a Realtor with RE/MAX Advantage Realty. Megan specializes in Corporate Relocation, Commercial and Residential Real Estate. Passionate about living in the Dubuque area and thriving on improving lives of others, Megan works with social organizations that support the economy, health, and community. |I relocated to Dubuque from Atlanta, GA in January 2007. After establishing some roots I activated my license here in Dubuque in 2009. I want to share what Dubuque has to offer to everyone. As you’ll quickly realize Dubuque isn’t a city or town, it’s a strong & tight knit community. I believe that finding a home here is finding a way of life for you and your family. Whether you are looking to raise a family or be close to 1 of the 3 colleges in town, Dubuque has a lot to offer everyone. Dubuque is also a short distance to 2 large metropolitan cities, plus you’ll be waiting to embrace all the culture Dubuque has to offer. In 4 short years I found where my home is, and want to share with you why it’ll be your home too! With 12 years of real estate experience & as I continue to grow and learn more about the community I live in, I enjoy opening door to newcomers and current locals alike. If you have any real estate or community questions, my client’s needs are always my 1st priority!|
